These are our upgraded galvanized 3/8" by 10" winger stake-down spikes. They feature an attached bright orange webbing sewn to form a handle (1 1/2" wide and 7 1/2" long). The handle has a grommet (reinforced with a washer) that the spike goes through and it is glued to the spike so the handle stays attached.
The handle makes removing the spike easy by simply grabbing the loop and pulling the stake out of the ground. The bright orange helps prevent losing the spikes if they are dropped on the ground.
