Who can use MyChart?
- Any active or past patient of OSU Medicine Clinics is eligible to register for and use MyChart.
Is MyChart secure and who can see my information?
- Information in MyChart is extremely secure because it uses encryption (security measures) to keep unauthorized persons from reading communications, information or reports. Only people you have given your login ID and password to can access your information.
What software / hardware do I need to access MyChart?
- This patient portal is web-based and works with all major internet browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox and Safari.
How do I set up my MyChart account?
- Visit osumedicinemychart.com and click the “Sign Up” icon.
- You will be asked to verify your identity, billing information or insurance details.
- You will also need to create a username and password and complete all registration steps.
- Contact your clinic if you need assistance.
- Once registered, you can download the free MyChart Epic app for your mobile devices using Apple App Store or Google Play.
