Questions about MyChart
Any active or past patient of OSU Medicine Clinics or OSU Medical Center is eligible to register for and use MyChart.
No. MyChart is provided as a courtesy to patients and its use is optional.
Information in MyChart is extremely secure because it uses encryption (security measures) to keep unauthorized persons from reading communications, information or reports. Only people you have given your login ID and password to can access your information.
This patient portal is web-based and works with all major internet browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox and Safari.
If you think your MyChart account has been accessed without your permission, call 918-599-5211 and we will disable your account.
